JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborating and working directly with stakeholder. The duties and responsibilities include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations.
- Leading and mentoring the team members, performing scheduled staff reviews, communicating, and adhering to new procedures, policies, and goals.
- Checking and analyzing requirements from customers, assigning to members.
- Support IT Manager to build process, plan.
- Tracking project status and ping/push team members to ensure quality, timeline, and KPI.
- Review all related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring team performance and report on metrics.
- Working effectively with another team.
- Improving relationships and building trust with customers, suppliers, members, stakeholders, …
- Motivating and inspiring employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year experience of IT operation management.
- Manage team-size at least 5 persons.
- Understanding about ITIL practices, support process, IT Service
- Project management and planning skills.
- Effective stakeholder management
- Having experience in managing projects at multiple sites
- Ability to work in high pressure environments with deadlines.
- Able to communicate technical information clearly to others.
- Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
- People management and leadership skills.
- Good communication Skills.
- Good 4 skills in English
- Analytical, Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets.
