JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gather business and system requirements from the client
- Create Requirement specifications, User Stories
- Create workflow charts, diagrams, and wireframes for complex UCs (if needed)
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Transfer requirements, knowledge to Development Team
- Assist PM with project scope, estimation, and planning
- Work with all stakeholders to make sure all requirements of the system are fulfilled
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Fluent English to be able to communicate directly with customers
- Have a proactive, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Experienced with SCRUM, JIRA
