- Develop, implement, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter, K6…
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and performance metrics.
- Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests to identify system bottlenecks.
- Analyze performance test results, identify performance issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.
- Maintain and update performance test scripts to align with changes in application architecture.
- Participate in the planning and execution of performance testing strategies.
- Generate comprehensive performance test reports and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance testing.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on JMeter usage and performance testing methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Tester with at least 3 years.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining JMeter, K6 scripts for performance testing.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance testing concepts.
- Familiarity with other performance testing tools is a plus.
- Solid scripting skills with languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Groovy.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
